As Atlanta is upon us it is a known fact to fans that Atlanta is Bill and Chase Elliott's home track. Well, currently Chase Elliott's ground to now hold the torch. A lot of his fans will be pulling for him and I would say people who aren't pulling for him. He's a likeable guy either way. One thing to look for on top of the new stage racing is an even smaller downforce package. With an even smaller spoiler it should add more excitement and uncertainty how it will play out. Some people are skeptical, but Daytona was only the first race with the new stage format. Atlanta currently has the old surface that will be renewed with new asphalt next year. Smaller spoiler, tire wear and more aggressiveness for position and playoff points should make for another exciting race. What it will boil down to to master Sunday is pure experience to stay up front and those with the best strategy. No driver no matter what experience level really knows what will happen, but those that do will figure it out the fastest. It's more of race of survival.
